We pre-ordered by phone, everything was ready when we picked it up, no waiting time, perfect!

A very nice lady from the service team greeted us at the entrance and made us familiar with the current hygiene measures. The food was brought to us at the Ti. We have also seen that the service staff is very attentive and courteous.

Super unfriendly staff, I felt like I was totally undesirable. Both kitchen staff and the lady who was responsible for Mcdrive. Pointed right at the mask. Have the employees in the branch forgotten the German language or are they just too lazy to talk to their guests in a reasonable tone? When we queued to order, we were referred to the order terminal in a very rude manner. No matter how good it tastes, when you're hit by several employees in such a bad way, it's no fun! It took the employees a total of 8 minutes to eat. We were 4 people and the only ones in the restaurant! High demands look different. Crisis or not, the tone makes the music. Would quit them all.

We were in the restaurant yesterday, it was very dirty. There was rubbish on the tables! Nothing was cleaned. You couldn't put your tray away because the container was full !!!!!!!! Toilet was dirty. It really doesn't work!

We don't expect super delicious food from a fast food chain, but we expect a good standard, as can be found in other branches. Here, however, the fries were old and soft. Salad on the burger not fresh. Order changes for ingredients on burgers were not accepted. It can happen that the system does not accept the changes. The request to get a new burger was not accepted, but first discussed. Instead of bringing a new burger, as ordered, the branch manager was brought in. After he also looked at the burger, we lost our appetite completely. Hopefully we won't get herpes. Toilets were closed.

Thanks for nothing! Ordered two menus half an hour ago, including a vegan TS. Checked in the car whether all citizens and co are present. At home I open the box and have the double fish ts in front of me. Great, what should I do with it now? Why do you have the same box for two burgers here? There can only be confusion.

The staff is very friendly, but you have to say that it is one of the most disorganized McDonalds. The waiting times are longer than average, as it seems to me that there is always too little staff. The DriveIn counter is closed regularly due to insufficient staff. Quite often it happens that certain types of ice cream are> currently <not available.

Coupon redeemable only 1 piece per day. My daughter 6 doesn't have a mobile phone so she can redeem a coupon. She redeems her coupon on my mobile phone and I have no way to redeem a coupon for myself. In addition, there are no more straws when eating in the restaurant. With these large paper cups, it is impossible to reasonably hold it in your hand and drink from it. Bad service has only worsened.

Nice and good to have a snack and chill

I've been forced to edit my review. The food is ok but the staff and waiting time are awful. The last three times I've visited this McDonald's I've had to wait over 15 minutes to order. Longest was 35 minutes after ordering on the touch screen as we entered the restaurant. This last time I was at the front of the queue for over 10 minutes whilst the staff served the drive thru customers. I asked a member of staff of I could place my order. She smiled said they were busy and walked off. I will never, never go here again!

Food took a very long time to come, that was just due to it being very busy when we where there. Otherwise, clean and food was good.
